Greater flexibility is possible, too. With a 4Ω dual voice coil, you can opt for a 2Ω or 8Ω set-up (provided that there is correct power matching between the sub and your amp).
Wiring and installation is made easier with one-sided terminals.
The TS-W309D4 is recommended for enclosed use and is also available as a single voice coil model or as a a dual coil model for both enclosed and free-air use.
