The ND-G500 is the "gateway" between the AVIC-F500BT and your car. It’s a small, neat hideaway box that connects discreetly to the AVIC-F500BT.

When you attach the AVIC-F500BT, it will mute the radio and link the voice guidance, hands-free phone calls and sound from SD, US, and iPod content to the speakers of your car. Even when the navigation device is not in place, the ND-G500 boosts the original radio signal.

The ND-G500 is included as standard with your AVIC-F500BT, but you may want an additional unit to install in a second car. This gives you full flexibility of using the AVIC-F500BT in both cars, with full, amplified sound.

Producing 4 x 50W of power, the ND-G500 offers high linearity and virtually eliminates distortion. This ensures that the voice guidance of the AVIC-F500BT, or even the voice from your phone conversation, is clear and distinct over your cars original speaker system.
